Our client had been extradited to the United Kingdom ofter fighting extradition for three years. On arrival in the United Kingdom Matthew Elkins took over the defence of the case.

Matt acted quickly to ensure all the client’s defence papers were sent from abroad and working with Stephen Walters, ensured the client’s case was presented in a way that clearly and persuasively illustrated the client’s defence.
